It's March!!!

I can't wait to be able to really get outside most days of the week to workout- I'm not a fan of winter!
Hopefully there will be little snow left for us here in Cleveland and I can get back out there and enjoy the Metroparks and start running and biking again.
I've got a new goal- my dad wants to bike 75 miles in June and I want to go with him. I'm starting to do more strength training in prep for it but I've got to get out on my bike again to get back into the groove! I will more than likely be posting my progress as the time gets closer.

    Do you know that when I first read that line I thought "what, but it's just February!". I blame all the snow we're having, and too much studying.

    So I can perfectly understand that you're waiting to get outside again; I miss biking, too. Especially biking without getting my nose all cold from it, or being afraid to fall on a slippery street.

    Your plans sound so great, both biking with your dead and doing strength training to prepare. I'm looking forward to reading how that is going. Btw, thanks for the pretty star! I retaliated, of course.
