I am feeling MIGHTY FINE! I am doing exceptional if I must say so myself! I am doing very well not going over the 1500 calorie mark, and have been eating lots of protein. and its keeping me very filling. I have been eating oatmeal for breakfast in the mornings, and I think that is the secret. Not sure what I'm going to change to when the weather warms up, but I will cross that bridge when I get there. I have also been eating a dinner that the experts recommend.. a meat and 2 veggies, for both dinner and supper. and again I think that is keeping me full.
I have been having some great days, and feel Great! Like I said before, I will be incorporating exercising in starting on Monday, March 1st. I'm trying to see how my body is doing before the exercise, and then compare it after I add it in. Although i do know I will be very sore, especially when I add in the "biggest oser" WII workout.. BOB kills me on that stinking thing! but its a "good" kill.
I'm ready for the weather to get to the 60's instead of the 30's so I can go for the outside walk instead of the DVD in the house.
