Workout results 2/24 - Day 13 of The Mommy to Be Olympic Challenge!

Today was interesting. I started off this morning feeling on top of the world. As I was eating breakfast I started feeling sick, very sick. Needless to say I have been having a hard time today with my stomach and I am not sure why. I do not have any other symtoms, so I think I am fine but it has been hard as I have felt horrible and so out of it. As a result I did nothing today in terms of exercise. I did clean around the house a bit but that was it. I am hoping by tomorrow I will be ok as I have a VERY busy day planned in preparation for my shower on Saturday. I am drinking tons of water and resting so my spirits are high that all will be fine.
I have logged my dinner already even though I am not sure if I can eat all of it. I need to though. My baby girl needs the protein and the good nutrition. We are set to have Buffalo steaks and salad tonight, which is one of my favorites but we will see how it goes. If I eat something different I will come back and change my log but for now that is the plan.
I wanted to say thank you to everyone for your VERY sweet and supportive comments on my latest blog on our little girls name. We are so excited to see our little Michaela!
