They say when you hit a plateau it's time to tweak your workouts.
I don't know whether I've hit a plateau because my weigh-ins are so far apart and according to my last weigh-in, I have lost 3.2lbs in about 2 months. But I still believe it's time to tweak my workouts, which is not exactly easy for me because I don't do gyms and I workout only from DVDs which are not exactly easy to find in my part of the world. I have quite a wide collection but there is nothing new in the market for me.
My first step is to increase the weights I use for my strength training from 2kg (x2) to 3kg(x2). I had attempted this increase about one month ago but found it impossible to cope. I tried it again this morning and I have to say it was doable.
If I get to travel to the States any time soon or find someone I can send, the only thing on my shopping list is new workout DVDs (ChaLEAN extreme, 30 day shred, just anything fun and challenging). But for now I will simply do my best with what I have.
