Workout results 2/23 - Day 12 of The Mommy to Be Olympic Challenge!

Today was SO fantastic! I had a wonderful day working out at the gym and then headed home to rest and relax. I am totally exhausted and geting ready to take a nap before my husband comes home. I have pre-logged my dinner to stay on track for the day. I have only drank 84 oz of water so far but promise to meet my 128 oz before bed time. You know if there is one thing I always do, it is drinking my water! I am so happy to see that I still have no swelling of any kind and I think a lot of that has to do with how much I drink everyday.
I hope it continues in the last few weeks to come!! Today's blog is super short, sorry! I am off to take a nap and rest!
