As promised, I forced myself to step onto the dreaded scale yesterday. My last weigh-in was on 1/5/2010 and my weight then was 151lbs. At my weigh-in yesterday the scale registered 147.8lbs, a difference of 3.2lbs. The pace seems kind of slow but at least I have lost and not gained.
I always feel abit low after my weigh-ins, but I refuse to dwell on the number on the scale. I will keep making healthy food choices and working out because it's so much fun and it makes sense! I don't know when I'll step on the scale next, perhaps I might try the weekly weigh-ins. Nah, the scale has never been my friend. Maybe same time next month.
