Back to Month 1 - again

So for the past..oh...YEAR I've been doing Bill Pearl's 20-month fitness program. It always seemed as though something would happen and a month of not working out would go by and I would have to start all over. So here I am, back at Month 1. I'm not even bitter about it. True, I could have started where I left off but I want to do this the right way. I have to admit, once you do Month 1 three times, it gets a bit easier ha!

I've been so excited these past two weeks about working out that it's all I think about. "How many calories is this?" "Come on you can do 15 more minutes of cardio!" "Is it time to go to the gym yet?" I just hope that the eagerness sticks around and the injuries stay away.
