Nap time after a great workout

I love workouts that make you want to take a nap afterwards, makes me feel like I've really pushed myself.
Also- since starting those Jillian Michael dvd's, I've started doing a mile on the stationary bike inbetween her circuits, I feel like it's brought my workouts to a whole new level, I burn so many extra calories!
