What a horrible day I had yesterday

Sunday, February 14, 2010

I was so busy yesterday from the time I woke up until about 1 a.m. when I got to go to bed. Yesterday our football boosters had a night at the races to raise money for our boys. What a long day. I was so tired when I got home and boy was I sick. I had such a headache and my bp was so high that it wouldn't even register on my machine. I was sick to my stomache. I don't even think I ate that bad. I had a small scoop of pasta, a meatball, a small bun, a 1.4 of piece of cheese pizza, and two chocolate chip cookies, a can of pepsi, and I took a can home with me. By the time I got home hubby wanted to take me to the emergency room because of my bp, he was getting 140/95. He wasn't checking the best because of what he had at the races. Let's just say I drove home last night. I don't know if my body was telling me that the stuff I had was bad for my body or what. I had so much trouble getting to sleep. When I woke at 11 this morning I looked at my bed and decided that I had a horrible nights sleep by the looks of my sheets and stuff, half wore on the bed and the other half on the floor. I'm feeling a little better today but not as well as I should. We are going to my moms for dinner today. We are having turkey and all the fixings. I'm going to do much better eating today for the fact that I don't want to feel the way I did last night again. I actually was crying myself to sleep, that's how horrible I felt. You would of thought I was the one who over ate and over indulged in other items. But that was last night and today is a new and better day with better choices. Happy Valentine's day to all/

Wow! What a day! I'm sorry that it was so rotten. :(

The important thing is that today you got back up, dusted yourself off, and got back to work. Be strong!
