Trying to adjust and figure things out

Ok so I feel like I need to explain this week. I kept getting red things on my fitness page saying I went over my calories and that I needed to up my fitness amount. So Tried doing this. Well... I over estimated how much I truly work out. So I finally think I got this figured out. My food intake is back to square one of where I started. My exercise amounts are up. We will see how I do. :) Hopefully I don't go into red and hope to not starve. :D
