I think I am just so super frustrated right now. I keep starting and quitting. Then I beat myself up for not sticking with ANYTHING! I am the worst at sticking with things. I really am at the end of my rope. 4079 days ago
I hate eating "healthy food" too ... so I don't eat it. Don't get me wrong, I like fruit and veggies it's just that I like other stuff too. I have found that I eat a little more fruit than I used to just because I realize it tastes good and it's low in calories AND it helps your bod burn the fat. I've always eaten veggies though so I'm probably about the same as ever on those.
Ever since i started Spark, I've eaten whatever I wanted (mostly) but I just ate less of it. I started keeping track of calories with the nutrition tracker and I've used it every day for 385 days in a row (up to now.) Yeah, I've gone over my range plenty of days but I think I stay in range about 90% of the time.
It's funny, as soon as I hear the word "healthy" about a food, I'm automatically prejudiced against it. 4079 days ago
