I'm still going

Well another day and I still sticking to a some what plan. I'm measuring my food and I've cut down my portion sizes. Plus I'm sticking to not going back for seconds. I hope that alone will cut back on some calories. I've worked out twice this week and I've added some weight training on the machine we have in the basement, it's right beside the treadmill so when I got off the treadmill tonight I went strait to the weight machine. My arms are a little sore but it will all be worth it in the long run. The field will be mine on my son's senior night of football. I know I'm not going to lose the weight I had planned on by my 40th B-Day, but I will be alot healthier for this one than on my 30th, so that is all that matters. Here I go.
