    I love the Anais Nin quote.

    It's all about assessing risks of *whatever* and determining if the risk of inaction is greater than the risk of action. And there's always the boiling point where the risk of action, with all of its uncomfortableness and uncertainty just *can't* be worse than remaining in a suboptimal situation.

    It's interesting how, for different people, and/or for different situations, those measures of comfort and risk shift.

    It's an apt quote for me right now, though, with my push to make exercise a part of my life, not something I know I need to do, and with my search for work that will be more fulfilling/more suited to my talents (I should be able to more easily list my strengths and talents, shouldn't I?).
