I let myself neglect nutrition tracking daily and that became a problem. When I track my food either at night or early morning I have a clear plan in my head for the day ahead. For a couple weeks I let that slide on my list of priorities and it has shown. I got sloppy in counting those little things that can creep in way too easily. I realized today that this could really lead to some severe overeating if I let it. So I kick started my tracking and will definitely keep it high on my daily priorities.
