Well I got on the Wii today and it was good news. I've lost 3lbs. It isn't alot but its weight loss so it's great. My water intake is were it should be and I'm walking on my treadmill for 35 mins at a time. I also bought a pedometer so I can get 10,000 steps a day in. I just started with it today so it will take some time to get up to the steps I need to be at. I'm also doing sit-ups and push ups. But tonight I didn't get to do the push ups cause my arms were sore from working with my pizza dough that I made for dinner tonight. By the way I can't throw the dough up in the air like the professionals do. But I gave my arms a work out doing it. So here is to another great work of eating and exercising.
