Why is it that when I get so close to one of my goals I start backtracking? I set a mini goal of getting below 220. I've gotten to 222 and stalled out. I'm self-sabotaging my own efforts. WTH?
I am so confused, irritated, aggravated, and want to go get a cookie.
I start my new field placement tomorrow so I'm sure that's not helping with my mood, I eat when I'm nervous.
