I picked up some Ahi Tuna Steaks and decided I'd like to try to prepare them blackened. I've never tried that before. Being the nerd that I am - I read online on how it can be a very smoky process so I warned the boyfriend. He got the camera out.

They turned out delicious however the cayenne pepper smoking was HARSH! I'm still laughing as my small furbabies looked at me like I was retarded before running from the room. We ended up opening several windows & doors. An hour later there was still a small haze ...

Sacrifices sometimes have to be made in the search for a good healthy recipe. And I just had to share it with my Sparkfriends...
