Jan 24, 2010 Back on track~Love my Bodybugg!

Sunday, January 24, 2010

Hi all! I'm down 0.8 pounds for the week and I'll take it! Probably my birthday dinner. Can't wait to see how it goes with my bodybugg for a whole week!

Went to the South Florida Fair today and got in 5600 steps. I've already burned my calories for the day! Yaaaaa! I'll have over 1000 calorie deficit today! All the food was very tempting, but I only had a roasted ear of corn and took a diet cookie with me. On the way home we stopped and bought the State Fair Corn dogs, so I had the exact calories and that hit the spot. I'm so proud of myself for saying no to all those fat laden food. It sure did smell good though!!!

Thanks for another great week!

Way to go with your self-control. My weakness at any fair is the mini-donuts, can't pass one of those stands.

Doesn't it feel good. I love the sound of the Bodybugg. Don't you wish we could bottle this resolve and motivation and feelings. We'd do it easily then. Keep up the great work for another week Lynn. Well done on the loss.
