Ok this year I mean it...yea right...last year I didn't quite reach all the goals I had hoped to accomplish with regards to my health and fitness however, I did manage to over all eat less and maintain a range of wt that I haven't in years...I know this slow downward trend of wt loss is better for me in the long run, as I'll be able to maintain it easier...but I am an instant gratification kind of girl and this is hard!

This year will be even better...I am currently in week 3 of my new year new me boot camp, longer than I've lasted with any other boot camp, having done all the videos thus far, and weeks 2&3 having done all the videos twice! Whoo hoo! It's the little victories that I am really going to focus more on this year!
