Week 1 Day 3 C25k

I did it. I finally did that third day of week 1 and was still within the week - just barely, but I was there. I did it even without DH here and with the children roaming our fenced in back yard. I had to scream like heck at one point to keep one of them from majorly hurting himself, but I did not stop. I did have to start twice though because three minutes after I started, L had to be let into the house to use the bathroom. Not that he'd only been out there five minutes and I asked him if he had to go before we went outside. Oh well, little boys. I actually added a little bit extra running more than the third day called for. I do think though that I am going to repeat week 1 and try to up my speeds a little bit before heading into week 2. I can tell already that I will never be a fast runner, but that is okay. I'm not worried about being fast or winning a race. I just want to know that I can do it.

Right now, I am trying to decide whether to get another 20 minutes exercise in or get ready and go to bed. Sleep at the moment is winning. I hate trouble sleeping last night - the boys both woke up. Before that, an owl was outside my bedroom window hooting. Most of the time I enjoy listening to them, but not last night.
