Changes In ME

I think I'm actually going to achieve something this time on sparkpeople. Something feel so different about this time. This is my 6th consecutive day tracking food. I never make it this far or am this honest about my food. I really hope this change is here to stay. I'm ready to change my body and my mindset. I've been trying to work on me, not just my body. I've started finding the underlying issues of my eating. I hope this continues.

Nick and I went for a walk today. I'm hoping to play wii with him soon. He's being so supportive, he's such a great fiance. Hmm... maybe I'll go ask him to play right now... Lol

    glad you got in tracking.
    i know with everything going on you probably wont be for a little bit but it will be much easier to begin tracking again when you are up to it.

    It's so important to be totally honest with your food tracking. We never want to admit sometimes how much we really eat. I am embarrassed sometimes when I have my "binges" how much I eat, but I write it down anyway and know that I can't deny it! "If you BITE it, WRITE it!" I just read the chapter in the book that talks about this first realization of our eating habits, and I think it is the first step to success. You are on your way!
