Jan 17, 2010 Challenge Week One -4 pounds down and my 52nd Birthday!!!

Week one of the challenge brings me -4 pounds down making it 10.1 pounds for the last two weeks.
It is amazing that if you eat right, log your food and exercise a little that it does work. Now I know the hard part comes when I get close to the 200 mark, but I'm healthy now and I can do this. I'm willing to put in the work again. I have noticed that I do feel a slightly bit stronger despite all the fibro pain and health issues.
My 52nd Birthday is Jan 18, (tomorrow) and I had hoped to be at my goal by now but life got in the way yet again. But if you just don't give up you can't fail. That is my motto and I can do this yet again!
I bought the book "The Spark" for reinforcement and I am getting some reading done on that. I have the Kindle app for my iPhone which makes it easy to read in bed at night in the dark.
I am also getting a Bodybugg for my birthday, it should be here by Thursday. I'll let you all know how it works. Look for updates. Want more info.... www.bodybugg.com

Since I do have so many off days, I am hoping that I can balance my calories and eating a bit more accurately and get over the humps I seem to get snagged on. Just another tool to help me and I'm thankful for all of them!
