Feeling better today!!!

Glad I didn't work out yesterday while feeling under the weather because today I feel much better! I will get in a mini workout today, only 30 mins of cardio so that way I don't overdo it! I still lost 2lbs yesterday with being on SouthBeach and it's giving me the motivation to keep going!
