Confusing new world

I am still trying to get use to this website and adding everything that I have done for the day. I wish they had a way to show how many calories you burn from lifting weights. Only makes sense to me. I also don't understand what the difference is between a situp and crunchie and why they fall under two different categories. I thought it was all the same. It is also very overwhelming trying to start a new way of eating. Having to plan out your meals to see if they fall within the calories and fat and so on. Its made me exhausted. I am doing good though so far. I am very proud of myself and just hope that I can stay strong.
