JUMP START CHALLENGE : STARTING WEEK 2

Week one on the jump start challenge went pretty well.
I enjoyed my efforts at keeping up with the videos.
This week, I will be adding one fish meal a day for 4 days, turkey burgers for 2 days and regular hamburgers for 3 meals. Good sale at the supermarket!
I ate frozen diced rutabagas for the first time. I sprayed Braggs Amino Acids for seasoning.
It was pretty good. I might buy some again next week.
