Exercise Will be Better this Week! Organization may be the key!

Last week, I did horrible with my exercising 31 whole minutes that I counted anyway. I did some dancing/running/chasing etc with the boys that I didn't count, but with them taking turns being sick, it probably didn't add up to all that much anyway. This Week, I WILL DO BETTER!

I have lots of of other stuff on my agenda as well. I still haven't done my DH's Christmas present. I am going to redo his cookbook. My DH is much more the cook in our household than I am. We have numerous cookbooks, but we also have a notebook with recipes from the internet, from magazines, from newspapers, etc, It started up being organized, but as time went by, it didn't stay that way.

That is kind of like I am with eating healthy. I start out all gung ho, but then it doesn't continue. If I stay organized, thinking ahead, and keeping everything in order, I should be able to do this and continue.

Here's hoping and planning.

    Being organized and prepared helps alot with food choices. and we need to just make time for exercise. I am with you and we can get this done in 2010.

    I know exactly what you mean! The boot camp started around the same time that, not only I had to go back to school, but also my son. On top of everything else I failed miserably at organizing my time in order to yield better results. But as you said, organization is the key and I vow to make this week, and the weeks to com,e a whole lot more productive! :)
