Weigh every week or every day?

I've been debating if I should just weigh myself every week (just once) and log it, or everyday like I have been doing. I've read benefits to both, but what do you guys all think? What do you do?
In other news, I am fully enrolled for 2 courses at college this semester and can start the nurse ones maybe this summer or in fall. :) Excited!
