Decisions, decisions...

So, I just left the Bootcamp team. I am not giving up, but I've got to say, I HATE that ball. And the exercises are more advanced than I am ready for at this point. So, I am inspired to do 10 minutes of ST each day and will let SP do my program for me, Mon through Sat, lower, upper, core, lower, upper, core. 10 minutes a day, plus 30 minutes of cardio. NO BALL!!!! Part of me feels like I'm givng up, but part of me feels like I am taking control and making a decision that is right for me, and if I stick to this program, I'll be doing as much as the bootcamp program was asking. Only time will tell which it is, I suppose..

    *\o/* you GO girl *\o/* and T, you are one of the last ones to give up, in my book!! What an excellent idea to 'do' the upper, core, lower, upper, core, lower!! This will help my schedule that was upper, lower, upper, lower, upper, lower... sooo... it's goin' in my schedule revisions which already need to be juggled! Guess that's what goals & plans & schedules are... just one big juggling act! Love ya' T, baby!! mmmuah!! heehee!!

    That is not giving up! Who says you will never use the ball again?? That is the beauty of this site, you tailor the program to fit your needs and abilities, adjust things that do or do not work for you at any time.
    I use the bootcamp videos as I need or want them, but I switch on and off other things,,
    never say you are a quitter, you are smart enough to recoginze what is frutrating and a pain for you and have the gumption to change it!! Good going!!

    I agree with the part that says you're taking control. I agree that you have to be either seeing dramatic results or (sic) enjoying it, to be sucessful/happy with it.

    The only way you will continue with a program is if you enjoy it (maybe not the correct word for exercise LOL). If you are not liking it, you for sure are not going to stick to it (unless you see immediate results). Glad to hear that you are not giving up on you, way to go!!!!
