Losing Motivation Already?!

2009- I lost 40lbs by making sure to exercise at least 3 times a week.
2010- I need to address the real problem; my food addiction.
Today- Losing motivation to work out! I just need to remember to take this day by day. I can't focus on the overall because it seems overwhelming, but I can control my actions for today.
