1. Go from 164 lbs to 130 lbs.
2. Spend more quality and quantity time with my huband & 2 girls.
3. Do at least 30 minutes of cardio at least 3 days/week.
4. Keep a food journal.
5. Treat my husband with more respect. Let him go out with friends w/o complaining. Let him "be the man" instead of me in our relationship!
6. Have sex at least twice a week.
7. Read the bible more.
8. Read a few books for leizure.
