2010 Resolutions

1. Go from 164 lbs to 130 lbs.
2. Spend more quality and quantity time with my huband & 2 girls.
3. Do at least 30 minutes of cardio at least 3 days/week.
4. Keep a food journal.
5. Treat my husband with more respect. Let him go out with friends w/o complaining. Let him "be the man" instead of me in our relationship!
6. Have sex at least twice a week. emoticon
7. Read the bible more.
8. Read a few books for leizure. emoticon

    1. Lose 40 pounds by my wedding.
    2. Find time to read 12 books for leisure.
    3. Use exercise to replace sleep as a way to deal with stress or anger.
    4. Buckle down and prepare for my studies rather than cram them.
    5. Buff out the abrasive side of me.
    6. Feel GOOD about myself.
    7. Spend more time ENJOYING myself.
    8. Spend less time worrying.
    9. Learn to cook and enjoy it.
    10. Get more organized.

    1. Go from 159lbs to 130lbs
    2. Eat more healthier for my kids and myself. Make more home cook meals.
    3. Get more active and have at least 30mins of cardio a day.
    4. Spend more time with the kids.
    5. Spend more time on taking care of ME.
