What are my goals for 20-10.......I want to get back on a gym schedule. All summer long i was going to the gym 3x a week just to win a t-shirt(that is crazy right) I havent gone regularly in months.(i was lazy, i got sick, son got sick) So once son feels better, i will get to the gym 3x a week and do my cardio and ST. I am still walking 20min aday at work with a walk buddy( i even do it on days she is not there! that is a huge step)
I need to control my "bored" eaing. I have to eat my 3 squares and healthy snacks. and i cant forget the water and milk for calcium.
Another side goal is to get my hubby healthy. He also needs to lose alot of weight. That may be the most challenging thing for 20-10 hahahaha
So i need to get fitt in 20-10
