Done and Done in 2009

I had set a goal of 65 pounds for the year, and I lost 98. I set a goal of 12,000 fitness minutes, and I did 23,437 fitness minutes this year. I ran/walked a 10k. I went rock climbing. I tried yoga and rowing, and I like it. I set a goal to run the entire duck pond at my park, and I did it. I ran with my daughter in the school jog-a-thon, which is something I have always wanted to do. I went from morbidly obese to just overweight. I still have a lot to work on, but I am getting there. It's nice to be moving forward. Hopefully, 2010 moves me even closer to my goals, and hopefully it moves you closer to your goals too.
