Time for new goals

The last month or so have been stressful, and my good habits have deteriorated significantly.
I've got my walking back on track, but have found my eating habits to be dreadful. Time for some new rules:
1. Drink only water with lunch and dinner.
2. No snacking after my son goes to bed.
3. Return to food tracking on Sparkpeople every day.
4. To support my efforts to get more exercise, make sure I get at least 10-15 minutes of continuous motion every day.
