I have little containers the size of those 4 oz applesauce things, that I use to put my leftover veggies etc, and then I put them into the freezer or the refrig.

I cooked a whole turkey for me, and then filled baggies with 4 oz of meat. Then I cooked the carcas and, while I froze the baggies, I peeled the meat off the bones, and have been eating that 4 oz at a time. I also saved the stock, but it is in my refrig, and I haven't done anything with that, so this weekend, I'll probably throw that out. I have a lot of meat for $14.00.

    You're doing great!! I love making turkey soup with the homemade stock. In my soup, I put in the usual carrots, onion, celery then I put in spinach & broccoli and serve it over mashed potatoes, yummy!! I'll be making that next week with my stock and of course, freezing half for another time. emoticon emoticon
