Today, I'm working my Sparks program

Day 1--December 1st.

1) I'm writing my numbers down with my money and my food. Food? Starting with 1/3 cup of peanuts.--Results? Well, I wrote down everything in the morningg, was conscious of what I ate throughout the day, but did not write down what I ate in tha evening. With money, I wrote down all of my expenditures.
