A new week..

So I have been doing this sparkpeople thing for a week now and I find myself already off track. I need to get used to tracking my food and excersize. I did better with my food this week but only worked out one day! My goal this week is to work out 4 days even if it just a walk around my neighborhood with my pug. I need to get motivated. I get married in 6 months... It'll come quick..
