1st Blog... Feeling excited and motivated :)

I am new to this so forgive me LOL Today is week one of my new routine and so far so good. I have been finding that by keeping track of my food and excersize that I am feeling more organized and motivated. I have set a 10 pound a month goal for myself and really want to stay on track. Is there anyone else with the same goals? I am looking forward to getting more connected and building friendships here with people who know how hard the weightloss struggle is.
