And then there's the weekend

Let's start with Friday. Friday was someone's last day at work, so the team went way out! On Friday I ate Jerk chicken, Macaroni, Cabbage, and Red Beans and Rice. I felt so guilty after eating all that food. I didn't eat a little and take the rest home. I finished my entire plate. Then I had an awesome weekend. My little cousin was here from Texas, I had both my Godchildren and my step brother. I must say I enjoyed myself. BUT I ate so horribly. French fries, hot dog, gyro, fettuccine Alfredo, garlic bread, fried chicken..all this over the course of 2 days. And of course I don't have to mention that I didn't exercise at all.

    That sounds like my weekends! I do so well during the week but the unstructured free for all when I don't feel like cooking and just want to relax gets me every time too. It's okay though, hit the reset button and you'll get back on it during the week! Good luck!

    It happens. The nice thing about this journey is that no matter what, you can get right back on track and hey.... ya know what, life goes on :)
