And then there's the weekend

Let's start with Friday. Friday was someone's last day at work, so the team went way out! On Friday I ate Jerk chicken, Macaroni, Cabbage, and Red Beans and Rice. I felt so guilty after eating all that food. I didn't eat a little and take the rest home. I finished my entire plate. Then I had an awesome weekend. My little cousin was here from Texas, I had both my Godchildren and my step brother. I must say I enjoyed myself. BUT I ate so horribly. French fries, hot dog, gyro, fettuccine Alfredo, garlic bread, fried chicken..all this over the course of 2 days. And of course I don't have to mention that I didn't exercise at all.
