This week's goals!

BACKGROUND: A fellow Sparker - GORDIESMOMMY - posted her weekly goals to her blog. I thought about it and realized that she's got the right idea! A week is a great length of time to fit in a number of activities AND it provides enough time to map them out in my schedule.
Last week was a pretty good one! It may not seem like a big deal, but cutting out the cocktails AND getting to bed on time really helped the other goals fall into place. Work and school are firing up this week, so I hope that I can keep this streak going!
1 - Reasonable Bed Times, Up and Down
This is the key to my success. It's my hope that it helps me stay healthy during cold / flu season, too!
2 - Workout, Even Just For 20 Minutes
This week is the Skeleton Crew Challenge at Concept2. I'm ready to get rowing!
3 - Curb the Cocktails
I drank a bit more this weekend than planned, but Monday through Thursday were cocktail-free. Honestly, I think it made a difference!
4 - Get a LOT of homework done!
Making more "me time" was a good idea, but my schedule didn't support it. How about this week I get stuff done so I can make some me time??
