I suppose when there is a gain, it isn't exactly a plateau but I have been 'stuck' for too long. (The Wednesday before Thanksgiving, I gained a pound and now my plateau is a pound higher than it was a month ago.)
Recently I have been walking for about an hour every day and still no weight change. I am having difficulty staying positive. I have been more conscientious about keeping my food log. When I think about how much better my habits are now than they were in the past I know I have made progress but I am wondering what I have to do to start losing again.
