Yesterday was the first day in weeks that I ate within my calorie range! AND I got some exercise! Hallelujah! I can hardly believe it, but it sure gives me motivation to do it again today! I managed to get to the grocery store and got some fruit, so I'm set up with that and I got some of my Smart Ones dinners that I have been eating for lunch. I have enough for the week. Whew! We're on to another weight loss challenge at work, so I intend to win at least ONE of the weeks! Plan B is working! Or am I just back to Plan A? :)

    I'm new to Spark People. Just move to north eastern Colorado and heard about your group. Having a hard time with the season's eating thing. I hope it passes soon.

    If I can do it any person can.you all can do it,just start out slow and work your way up.It's azaming what alittle walking ,watching what you eat and most of all drinking the water can do for you.good luck to you all. emoticon
