--Experience of eating out, can lead to disasterous results. Yes, this could have happened to me, today even......since I've been using the food tracker, I've memorized a basic food pattern that seems to repeat its self over the week. While at the mall, I was hungry, the mall was bigger and I was searching for something. I watched what others had, searched the menu's, settled on some no butter popcorn (yes, there was salt, they didn't have saltless) then I sat and enjoyed each kernel, came home and tracked it and put some veggies in the micorwave. I'm so glad that for today's lunch, I was able to ward off the food monster, my experience helped me to make a wise choice and not make a disasterous results. Experience today helped me make wise choices.
