New Rule

Okay, new rule: only eat fattening food if it is really really good and I really really want it.
Ate a gross piece of apple pie from Swiss Chalet today, totally not worth it, and ate a tasteless piece of birthday cake today, totally not worth it.
Only eat sweets that are made from scratch, and that I really really want .

Supermarket pie is gross. Duncan Hines cake is nothing special. I feel annoyed that I did not have choices today, and the food was crappy. Stop going for dinner if the food is going to be gross.

Lesson learned? We will see.
