Jelly Beans....You can't eat just one!

Just got home from work a little while ago, long day. Had a low calorie dinner of tuna and canned beets (strange combination, I know) because I knew I wouldn't be up much longer. Drank at least 8 glasses of water, lost count after that, it's starting get easier now. I'm feeling a little more tired than usual, I think because I'm trying to cut down on the coffee. I know for sure now that I drink too much because someone at work said she didn't recognize me without my coffee cup in my hand. :-0 I have noticed that I sleep more soundly now that I'm cutting down.

I also found out that jelly beans are just like potato chips.....You can't eat just one! Luckily I realized what I was doing before I got carried away, I wasn't even thinking about it when I was popping them in my mouth! I was waiting at the copy machine at work and there they were, don't even remember reaching for the first one! Once again, saved by the red flags and screaming sirens!

    A job well done. I am relishing a piece of portion controlled healthy dark chocolate. It is soooo good. A friend gives me one once a week. Don't you love the red flags and screaming sirens!
