Rummage work-out

I have had a crazy weekend so far!

Thursday night I helped my mother clean out some of the stuff she wants to sell. There were boxes and boxes of stuff! So I got a great workout carrying all those boxes up or down the stairs and out to the truck (my legs were so sore the next morning!).

Then on Friday I took all those boxes and unloaded them for a huge rummage sale at my grandparents' house. My two boys came with me and I was chasing those two around all day! My grandparents have a huge sheep farm, so there was plenty of room. And we had a pretty study flow of people all day so I was selling in between.

It was so great to be able to spend the whole day outside, since the last couple of weeks it has rained almost every day.

Then today we held the rummage again, and it was extremely cold, and windy! Which did not stop my kids one bit but we didn't really do too good on the selling. But it was still fun! And I did get some more cardio/strength workout having to put all the stuff away and back on the truck. It is so amazing, that feeling of energy mixed with happiness!

Everyone wish me luck! Today I am going to do my first weigh-in. I am not sure how it is going to go, with the last two days of eating at my grandma's, she cooks the best food! I wrote it all down but I haven't entered it in my tracker yet so I'm not sure if I stayed within my goals yet. We will see....

    Its always nice when you can get your workouts in a way that is fun. I have a feeling that your weigh in is going to go great. We all feel your pain though, weigh in days can either make or break your attitude for the day. Just remember that no matter what you are working hard and will get to your goal before you know it. emoticon

    It's awesome when you do a great workout with just your normal routine.

    Good luck on your weigh-in! I'm always grumbling, thinking I haven't lost anything. But, if you know you did your stuff, the pounds march right on out. Good riddens as far as I'm concerned!!
