Better Day

I did very good on my diet today! I never seem to make my proteins though. I did both my cardio and strength training for today! Still looking for a better way to do cardio with my kids. So today I didn't burn off as much as I wanted but at least I got out there.

My husband is still in a mood today but I ran errands until he had to go to work so that I could avoid his bad attitude(and possibly a fight).

I have not seen any change in the scale yet but the first weeks of making big life changes are a little rocky so I am not surprised. I have noticed an energy drain, but I think that is because I have dropped my soda intake from 8 sodas to 2 or 3. I am still working on getting off the soda completely.

Tomorrow is a new day, so plan on making it a good one.
