Ok
Been a few days since i made my first blog. Thanks for all those who left me comments so far. The past few days have not been real great. Been rather upset with myself when i learned that i gained 2lbs recently. May not seem like much but I have tried really hard not to gain any back.
trying to find the way to get going gain.
As they say Tomorrow is another day right?

    Just wanted to stop by. I noticed you are a teddybear also. I know how hard it is to lose weight. Been there done that. You might want to check out a few of my blogs. I have been doing Sparks Nutrition Tracker religiously for 97 days now. 3 days to go for 100. That was my original goal. It's been fun tracking and reporting my progress. Since 3/1/09 I have lost 28.5 #'s.

    It's not always easy, but one of the secrets is: Make Conscious decisions. That means ... think before you eat somrething, not afterwards. If you make a choice that was not the best, don't give up, make a better choice the next time. WE don't fail unless we never try again. I just know you have it in you to do this. I never thought I did, but I DO! I'm happy and healthier than I have been in years.
