Stayed up until 02 last night. Not on purpose, just did. I have a touch of insomnia - I have trouble falling asleep initially, and wake up every 2 - 3 hours. Flip - flop, flip - flop. I use all my usual tricks - sound machine playing a thunderstorm, TV on a soft music channel, fan on overhead, sleepmask ... This morning, I was tired when I got up to feed the critters. Fed them, pottied the pups, and laid back down. Just a little longer, a few minutes more ... suddenly it was 1300 (1p) Sheesh! Not that the critters hadn't tried to get me up - Samurai and the cats kept jumping up on me and startling me awake. Gee, no wonder I hav trouble sleeping!
Got to the gym and did an hour on the treadmill, 30 of them on the "cardio" setting. I'd done the machine circuit yesterday, so today I hit the abduction and adduction machines, back extension, some sort of cruncher, and a weighted twister (think I overdid the weights on the twister). Just finished taking the pups on a night walk - very pleasant.
Now I have to do all the things I was supposed to do earlier - shop, make fruit salad, do clothes ...
