    It sounds to me like you're doing great in terms of cross training- I just wanted to tell you that I really can relate to what you wrote about "being tired" of pushing yourself so hard-LOL. I had really similar programs and realized that it's not about beating the crap out of my body, but about being healthy, happy, energetic, motivated and getting in a great sweat and an ansome endorphin kick!
    So, I'm doing less, but trying to focus more and pushing myself hard, but less often, so I allow proper recovery between sessions. You know, it doesn't work out perfectly and maybe that's one of the contributing reasons for lack of resuts in the weight loss arena, but I'm much happier being able to do the things l love ( running especially) without getting nagging injuries all the time ( sign of overtraining, which I dindn't really want to admit to or just kind of didn't really comprehend) It's so darn tricky to figure out to push the envelop, work the edges, yet not to overdo it-LOL- or get carried away. I guess, now that I'm in my thirties ( almost 32), my body needs a little extra love, so it can recover properly- truly, a tad bit more rest. Some people's bodies are super machines- mine, well, it isn't and it's time for me to respect it- and in return it'll give me it's best, which is good enough. I'm not preaching here- just sharing my own experience, but somehow when you said about being tired, I thought you might be able to relate, because of the whole injury proneness--- you know, some people can run 100 miles and be fine forever. It might not be the best idea for me, at least not now, because that might entail not being able to run- at all. So, I backed off to less miles with more focus- we'll see what happens.
    Great job on meeting ALL those goals yesterday!!! And yes, I did see that you didn't do your UB ST, but so what? If you did laundry, for example, you took care of it inadvertedly---- plus, who wouldn't prefer to be outside in the summer anyways?
    Are you still swimming btw? I have been "cooling off" in the pool and really appreciate it.
