I have really been struggling to get back into things. I really want to, but it's always something keeping me down. I was on vacation, gained some weight (but it was vacation so I'm trying not to beat myself up), then I just had a very lazy week (It's hard to jump 3 hours forward going from Alaska to Texas!) and then I got sick. My cough is almost gone, so I hope to get myself up tomorrow and go meet with the church fitness group in the park. And then next week I am going to start getting up at 5:00 and get to the gym! I'm going to do it! I have to!! I am so close to my goal! I just have to push myself a little harder!

    It is hard to stay motivated when life keeps getting in the way. I tell myself that I need to get back in the routine and I still seem to slack off. I am setting a goal for myself to really start kicking it in gear after I get my daughter moved off to college. At least that will take one piece of hectic out of the picture, (I hope). I know you can do this, we are always here for you and will be cheering you on to make your goal. Take care of you!!
